Core Responsibilities
•    Monitoring and process control of specific operations to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency
•    Ensing compliance with GMP & GHP standards in all production activities
•    Maintenance and timely updating of quality records and documentation
•    Strict adherence to SOPs, equipment operating procedures, cleaning procedures, checklists, annexures, and safety requirements
•    Execution of in-process sampling (GR sampling), inspection, and proper storage practices
•    Coordination with Maintenance Department for upkeep and reliability of production equipment
•    Identification, reporting, and closure of non-conformities (NCR) with implementation of CAPA (CAR)
•    Compliance with Pollution Control, ZEAL, and OHS requirements
•    Preparation, review, and filing of quality control and EHS documentation
•    Creation, updating, and confirmation of process orders in SAP, including label printing
•    Monitoring and reconciliation of inventory (SAP vs physical stock)
•    Ensuring MSDS availability and compliance
•    Cross-functional coordination with QA, QC, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS teams
•    Monitoring and adherence to CCP2 and critical process control points
•    Compliance with sampling procedures (HAM, PEM)
•    Alignment with site goals: Safety, Quality, and Delivery (SQD)
•    Execution of assigned tasks from problem logs, within defined timelines
•    Following escalation procedures for abnormal situations
•    Calibration and record maintenance for lab and production instruments (pH meter, weighing scales, etc.)

Candidate profile  
•    Work experience in Food/Chemical/Pharma industries (7 to 9 Years)
•    SAP (process orders, inventory management)
•    Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards)
•    Data analysis and trend identification
•    Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
•    Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA understanding
•    Analytical and problem-solving ability
•    Strong communication and teamwork
•    Time management and planning
•    Ownership and accountability
•    Attention to detail

Educational Qualifications

M.Sc/BE/B.Tech. (Biotech /Food Technology)

Job Location - Patalganga MIDC (Near Panvel, Navi Mumbai)

Transport - Available from Panvel Station.
