Senior Workflow Coordinator

Your Opportunity, Your Team

• Reporting to the Manager, Business Analytics you will support QVC's Planning Analytics & Operations team by helping maintain accurate promotional workflows, recurring reporting, and operational processes. This role is well suited for someone with strong Excel skills, careful attention to detail, and experience supporting deadlines, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Where You'll Work

• This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, DE, PA. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester office as needed. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Keep calendars, trackers, and supporting documentation current and communicated to team members.
• Prepare weekly reports, summaries, and status update that support team operations and business execution.
• Review forms, files, and data for completeness and consistency, and help identify gaps before they affect downstream teams.
• Reach out to the appropriate partners to collect missing information, clarify details, and keep deliverables moving on schedule.
• Help manage intake, routing, documentation, and process tracking while escalating delays or issues when needed.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel. Experience should include using formulas, organizing data, and reviewing reports for accuracy and completeness.
• 1+ year experience managing multiple priorities and adjusting to changing business needs while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• 1+ year experience independently investigating issues, taking action, and escalating when needed.
• 1+ year experience coordinating several tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and meeting timelines.
