The Court & Tribunal Data Access Program is a global initiative dedicated to expanding access to judicial and quasi-judicial data. We build partnerships with courts, tribunals, and public-sector organizations worldwide to unlock the value of legal information and integrate it into LexisNexis products and analytics platforms.

This initiative combines relationship-driven content acquisition with data operations, policy alignment, and technological enablement — creating a scalable, sustainable model for judicial data collection and partnership management across regions.

About the Role

The Sales Operations Specialist is the operational backbone of the Court & Tribunal Data Access Program. You will design and manage systems, reporting, and performance frameworks that enable a global team to operate effectively. This role focuses on delivering accurate insights, aligning performance with business goals, and improving operational efficiency across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and improve CRM dashboards, reporting pipelines, and KPI frameworks

  • Develop metrics to measure success including content acquisition, coverage, and data quality

  • Build and maintain territory and opportunity maps aligned to market potential

  • Manage data hygiene across CRM and reporting systems for consistency

  • Prepare quarterly and annual performance reports for senior leadership

  • Collaborate with Program Director and Finance on compensation plan design and administration

  • Track performance data and manage payout workflows with transparency

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support global program execution

  • Collaborate with the Program Director and Finance to design, model, and administer the variable compensation plan for Account Executives.

  • Ensure compensation structures align with regional goals, content value, and partnership complexity.

  • Track performance data, manage payout workflows, and ensure transparency in incentive calculations.

  • Conduct regular performance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or program management, ideally in a data-driven, B2B, or public-sector environment.

  • Salesforce experience required

  • Ability to design and maintain CRM systems and operational dashboards

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including managing incentive plans

  • Effective project management and stakeholder coordination across global teams

  • Strong communication skills with attention to clarity and data accuracy

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision

  • Experience with public-sector or legal data programs is beneficial

  • Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce is preferred

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Ohio $68,000 - $113,400. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
