The University of Richmond invites nominations and applications for the position of Director of Compensation. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director of Compensation serves as the University’s lead strategist and subject matter expert for compensation, classification, and job architecture.
The Director will provide strategic leadership for the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the University’s compensation programs and practices. This leader will play a critical role in advancing the University’s people strategy by creating equitable, market-informed, and sustainable compensation frameworks that support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and institutional priorities.
