Wat ga je doen?
Als Sales Support Specialist ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor één van onze strategische vendors. Je zorgt ervoor dat operationele processen soepel verlopen en biedt ondersteuning aan zowel partners, vendors als het interne sales team.
Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak worden vragen snel opgepakt, orders nauwkeurig opgevolgd en escalaties effectief opgelost. Je bouwt sterke werkrelaties op met verschillende stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen en klanten optimaal worden ondersteund.
Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
Beheren van de dagelijkse operationele relatie met een toegewezen vendor.
Verwerken, controleren en opvolgen van in- en verkooporders.
Beantwoorden van vragen van partners en vendors via e-mail en telefoon.
Ondersteunen van het sales team bij operationele en klantgerelateerde vraagstukken.
Coördineren en opvolgen van escalaties om tot een snelle en passende oplossing te komen.
Bewaken van levertijden, openstaande orders, backorders en deadlines.
Afstemmen met interne afdelingen zoals Procurement, Logistics, Finance en Sales.
Signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen.
Zorgen voor een correcte administratie en het up-to-date houden van systemen en rapportages.
Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke werkrelaties met interne stakeholders, partners en vendors.
Wat breng jij mee?
Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Ervaring in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management of een vergelijkbare functie.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte instelling.
- Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
- Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk te beheren.
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
- Sterk gevoel van eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheid.
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, met name Excel.

- Ervaring met SAP of andere ERP-systemen.
- Ervaring in IT-distributie, vendor support of order management.
- Kennis van Microsoft 365 en Copilot.
