Community Day Site Manager 

JOB HIGHLIGHTS 

Qualifications:  

  • High School graduate or equivalent 
  • Three (3) years of experience working with people with disabilities or in a nursing home or health care facility 
  • Experience overseeing activity services and programming beneficial 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop, provide, and coordinate daily activities for adults, including daily living skills, leisure, recreational, educational, and prevocational activities
  • Possess knowledge of varying disabilities and their impact on functional and learning capabilities 
  • Ability to work independently and creatively, problem solve as needs arise for individuals and staff that you support 
  • Possesses ability to break tasks down to achievable components 
  •  Ability to perform case management duties 
  • Observe and record pertinent information and performance of assigned individuals 
  • Evaluate the performance of adults with disabilities to make recommendations concerning goals and objectives 
  • Monitor individuals assigned and address needs, behaviors, and personal care requirements 
  • This position requires a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security. 
  • Reliable vehicle (unless determined exempt with HR)

Schedule: 

  • Monday – Friday  
  • 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
