Market Install Coordinator

Overview

Salary: $61,000 | Full-Time | Open Availability Required

In this role, you’ll support install operations across the Central Florida region, including Orlando, Tampa, Melbourne, Ocala, and Ormond Beach. You’ll work cross-functionally with our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams, helping ensure smooth execution of installs by managing paperwork, scheduling, and coordination, including support for drywall work tied to installations.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate install schedules using Service Titan CRM
• Manage and process install paperwork across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments
• Support operations across multiple Central Florida service locations
• Assist with documentation and coordination for scheduled drywall jobs related to installations
• Order equipment and materials for HVAC installs and duct replacements
• Build foundational knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and duct design
• Schedule and coordinate pre-install inspections when needed
• Register equipment with manufacturers and manage warranty documentation
• Partner with Install Coordinators and field teams to support operational needs
• Provide support during evenings and weekends as business needs require

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong interest in learning installation operations and growing within the trades
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn HVAC systems, equipment, and Service Titan
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Flexibility for after-hours, weekend, and on-call support when needed
