$22.00 – $45.00+ per hour (Compensation based on experience — top performers earn more)

What You’ll Do

As a Residential New Construction Electrician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Installing and servicing electrical systems in new residential builds
• Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and building plans
• Ensuring all work meets local electrical codes and safety standards
• Collaborating with site supervisors, builders, and other trades
• Running wiring, installing panels, devices, and fixtures
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
• Completing job documentation accurately and on time

You’ll be a key part of building homes from the ground up — the right way.

What You Bring

We’re looking for electricians who take pride in their craft:

• 2+ years of electrical experience (new construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
