Successful applicants will be reliable, have their own transportation and be available for shifts starting 6AM.
ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the Millwork Production Manager, the Production Worker performs general labour, material handling, tool work and assembly duties involved in the manufacture of custom retail fixtures. This is a full-time position at our facility in Campbell Heights, Surrey BC.
Shift will be 6:00AM to 2:30PM Monday to Friday
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general labour tasks, including clean-up duties and materials handling
- Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret basic drawings or production instructions
- Assemble products according to specifications
- Maintain company's quality, safety, and productivity standards
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs (23kg) as required
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (23kg)
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to follow instructions, stay focused, and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with basic math and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse preferred
- Good verbal communications skills
