Job Summary

To lead program management team to deliver quality learning experience for all programs under AIS-EXEC. To design and develop effective and engaging curriculums in line with business strategy.

Job Description

1) Leadership, People & Culture Development - Manage team performance by setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations; Create a positive work environment by promoting collaboration, recognizing achievements, and addressing conflicts proactively; Develop talent pipeline by identifying high potential employees and providing them with appropriate training and development opportunities.
2) Learning Solution Design and Delivery - Analyze organizational needs and develop comprehensive learning solutions to address gaps; Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into learning initiatives; Curate content and resources for various learning channels such as classroom training, e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job coaching; Monitor learning effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to enhance overall learning experience.
3) Strategic Planning and Execution - Contribute to strategic planning processes within the organization; Identify emerging trends and best practices in leadership development and create action plans to integrate them into the organization's culture; Drive innovation in people development through experimentation and testing of new approaches.
4) Project Management - Plan, execute, and track progress of multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery; Coordinate project resources effectively and manage budgets to optimize efficiency and impact.
5) Partnership Building - Establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR colleagues, subject matter experts, vendors, and industry partners; Collaborate with these stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of learning solutions.
6) Research and Analysis - Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in leadership development; Apply findings to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in people development initiatives.
7) Communication and Storytelling - Develop compelling narratives and messaging to communicate complex ideas and concepts related to leadership development; Use storytelling techniques to engage audiences and convey key messages effectively.
8) Reporting and Presentation - Prepare periodic reports and presentations to update senior leadership on the status of various initiatives; Use data and visualizations to showcase impact and drive decision-making.
9) Internal Consultancy - Provide guidance and support to other departments within the organization on matters related to leadership development; Offer expertise and insights to help teams build their own capacity for leadership development.
10) Thought Leadership - Establish oneself as a thought leader in the field of leadership development by publishing articles, speaking at events, participating in podcasts or webinars, and sharing knowledge via social media platforms; Position oneself as a trusted advisor and go-to person for insights and advice on leadership development.

Job Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred; Proven experience in leading large-scale learning initiatives within a corporate or consulting context; Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation), critical thinking abilities, and emotional intelligence; Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive leadership development programs; Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies; Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels within an organization; Familiarity with learning technology tools and platforms; Experience managing direct reports.
