- มีใบอนุญาตหรือได้รับการรับรองในไทยหรือจากต่างประเทศ
(เฉพาะนักจิตวิทยาคลินิกและจิตแพทย์)
- มีประสบการณ์การให้คำปรึกษาหรือผ่านการรับรอง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 600 ชั่วโมง
2. รอการพิจารณา
หลังกรอกแบบฟอร์มสมัครและส่งใบสมัครเป็นผู้ให้คำปรึกษาของอูก้า เราจะติดต่อคุณกลับเพื่อแจ้งรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม

- Resume หรือ CV
- เอกสารสรุปชั่วโมงประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการให้คำปรึกษา ว่าเคยทำมาที่ใดมาบ้าง ที่ละเฉลี่ยกี่ชั่วโมง
