Job Summary
Design compelling motion content exclusively for nationwide AIS Shop retail media. Craft visually engaging videos for in-store LED screens, digital signage, and electronic POP. Adapt and optimize creative assets fluidly across multiple physical store screen formats. Suit a proactive designer with a sharp eye for movement and in-store visual storytelling.
Job Description
1. Creative Motion Production & Asset Adaptation
- Design, edit, and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for both retail digital signage and online social media platforms.
- Act as an "In-house Production House" to adapt, resize, and re-format master creative assets to fit various store screen specifications (diverse aspect ratios, resolutions, and configurations across AIS Shop formats).
- Execute quick-turnaround content updates, such as price adjustments, stock availability callouts, or urgent tactical promotion changes.
- Maintain strict adherence to AIS brand guidelines, ensuring visual quality, consistency, and premium aesthetics across all screen touchpoints.
2. Media Scheduling & Deployment
- Manage and operate the content to schedule, program, and flawlessly deploy digital playlists to in-store screens and POS terminals nationwide.
- Strategically coordinate content synchronization with commercial milestones, including New Product Introductions (NPI), seasonal campaigns, and marketing timelines.
- Map and organize playlist settings based on store tiers, specific product assortments, or targeted store locations.
3. Content Operations & Technical Monitoring
- Monitor screen playbacks and deployment connectivity daily to ensure maximum uptime and zero deployment errors on public-facing screens.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day technical challenges related to media formats, aspect ratios, playback glitches, or CMS synchronization issues.
- Partner with IT and Store Operations teams to flag, report, and escalate hardware or network disruptions affecting digital assets.
4. Asset Management & Team Collaboration
- Build and maintain a structured Digital Asset Management (DAM) library, archiving master files, templates, and completed campaign elements systematically.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Specialist, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to transform creative briefs into impactful final visual deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Motion Graphics Production, Video Editing, Digital Media Design, or Content Operations. (Welcome fresh graduates with strong portfolios demonstrating movement, timing, and design layout).
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Experience with, or high willingness to learn, enterprise Digital Signage CMS Platforms (e.g., magicSign, Samsung MagicINFO, or similar tools).
- Strong technical grasp of video codecs, resolution scaling, frame rates, and cross-platform formatting (Online vs. Retail Display).
- Meticulous approach to content deployment with a high focus on accuracy and quality.
- A proactive "can-do" spirit, able to work at a rapid pace and shift priorities based on immediate retail demands.
- Highly resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing production deliverables within a dynamic, fast-changing retail environment.
