This role plays a critical part in maintaining employee satisfaction and promoting the company's image through effective recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.Job Description
- Perform payroll process to ensure the data accuracy for payment calculation, such as allowance, OT, Provident fund and social security work.
- The recruit-to-retire process; perform recruiting and selection process, Handle-improve job description, offering, and onboarding per guidelines including relations activities for campus with the institutes and promoting company's good image. And also maintain manpower and organization.
- Provide, support, and perform C&B administrations and services for employees to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction e.g. the certified letter, loan, the employee data report/required, group health insurance, provident fund and etc.
- Coordinate with HRD to develop training course.
- Support for HR-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
