As an SEO Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our website and online presence to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall visibility. You will be responsible for managing SEO campaigns, conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, and implementing effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in SEO and a proven track record of achieving tangible results.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research, analysis, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing website content and structure.
• Conduct on-page and off-page optimization activities, including meta tags optimization, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge SEO techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing teams, to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into the website development process.
• Conduct regular audits of the website to identify and resolve any technical issues that may impact search engine rankings and user experience.
• Monitor and track key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and keyword rankings, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and formulate effective strategies to stay ahead.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in SEO.
• Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving significant increases in organic traffic.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and digital marketing.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-related certifications are a plus.
