The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in asset management, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to build trust with both business and technology stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions regularly to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations, steering committee updates, and project reporting
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between Data, Technology, and Business teams — translating technical concepts for business audiences and business needs for technical teams

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with project teams and business/technology stakeholders to understand business problems, pain points, and current processes related to data utilization across multiple domains
  • Gather, analyze, and document current-state and future-state business process flows, translating complex workflows into clear functional requirements

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities where data can unlock operational efficiency and better investment decision-making

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required with 5+ years of experience in business analysis and program management in a fast-paced financial services environment
  • Experience working with financial market data, including security master development, benchmark, and corporate actions data.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale strategic initiatives and interface effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience leading initiatives with a focus on leveraging data for business process improvement
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and related productivity tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly to senior audiences
