A fantastic Sous Chef opportunity to join one of the most exciting Hotel Restaurants in London has just come in.
You will be offered menu input and you work side by side with the Head Chef
If you have relvant experience as a Sous Chef preferrably in 4/5 star hotels and are ready to take on this hands on role get in touch now.
Ideally looking for a perfectionist, natural leader that enjoys bringing the best out of the brigade and striving to be the best. This is now an established site with a secure brigade in place.
As Sous Chef you'll:
- Have a least a year+ in your last role
- Understand the operations of the main kitchen of a hotel - Room Service / Bar food
- Committed to being the best
